Contact NetSuite Support Form Enhancements
  
NetSuite has implemented a new Contact Online Form in SuiteAnswers. Among others the form brings set of following improvements: [LIST=1] [*]Better user experience as it allows dynamic loading of the form by filling respective fields guiding user through case submission. [*]The Details field contains Feature specific questions. By answering these questions the case contact enables Support Engineers to immediately start their investigation and provide solution faster. [*]Customers can now provide Alternate Contact Name, Phone Number and Email Address on Critical Cases in case the one submitting the case is not available 24/7. [/LIST]
