Anybody else having issues with Slow/Poor performance?

We are in Sacramento, California (Anyone else near us?) We are having SERIOUS issues with irresponsive/poor performance lately with NetSuite. Everything from timing out in basic lists and saving sales orders. It seems to be fairly poor across the board and everyone is affected. We cannot imagine that it is just us. We have no other issues with any other website or web-app.
We are quickly approaching our busy season and are very fearful of how it will go based on NetSuite's current performance. Is anyone else having similar issues? Do we have a nearby neighbor that we can talk shop with?
