Search for functions, field type, operators, etc

It would be VERY helpful to be able to search for:
SearchstringCustomField
MultiSelectCustomFieldRef
etc.

When you search for these long terms, the system returns zero results saying the term is too long.

It would very helpful to be able to find sample code, questions, comments based on these long terms.
