Who's accountable to ensure NetSuites status page is accurate?
Here's a fun fact. Over the weekend, my SuiteTalk app began failing. It was recently updated to use token-based authentication, so the problem was not an expired password. It must have been a bigger problem. I drove in to work and began diagnosing. I tried to log in to NetSuite with my administrator account. I received the 2-step authentication token as a text on my phone, but my login never completed. I decided to check the NetSuite status page.
