Independent server- pay the price for speed(?)
Hello group!
Has anyone asked or been asked to move to an independent server? We have seen extreme slowing in NetSuite and have been using the software for over three years. Over that time, we have accumulated a lot of records as well as created many custom fields. The performance has degraded continually over the past few years. We were told that for an extra (large) fee, we could move our data to a server that is not shared and experience improved performance.
Has anyone moved to a server to improve performance? Can anyone shed light on this. Was it worth it? What was improved? How is technical support when there are issues that affect only you?
