Email Searches

We have a custom search that notifies our salesteam of the last order that was placed by a customer.  I would like to send this to the sales team for the individual sales team member, I only want the specific order details sent to the individual sales person.  I know I can email the entire search I cant get the search to send out the individuals portion of the search.
