I am doing journal entries for a non-profit org for the first time and also making entries for receiving donations. I did one entry as Cash I am not sure , if it Donation Revenue

Credit Card Transactions. And Secondly, if an employee is expensing and producing bills , I enter it using Enter Bills option for Entering any invoices received by Vendors. but if an employee is producing Safeway and Costco recipts for purchasing Food for thr organization, then which opton do I use, should I use Enter Bill option or should i use Enter Expense Report option .
