Enhancement request – User Notes, system notes, audit trail
User notes- When editing a user note the original note is preserved- for audit purposes. Remove the “change date” option. Their is no reason anyone should have to create a note and select a date into the future…no logic behind that.
System Notes- Should be a FULL AUDIT TRAIL on EVERYTHING and ANYTHING an employee does. Including changing notes for example.
Audit Trail – Should not be specific to Accounting. Every company NEEDS to be able to track all changes employees do, including all departments, transactions , notes, crm features the whole nine yards.
