Deleting posts

Is there an easy way to delete a post that you make yourself. Eg. if you accidentally post in the wrong section - can you delete the post then put it in the write section.

I see you can edit your own post but not how to delete it

This is probably really basic and something i am not seeing / finding in the menus.
