I've been trying to use quick reply to posts lately and it seems like it isn't enabled properly.

It mentions that to enable it I should click the quick reply button on a post in the thread, but said button takes me to the standard reply page.  Annoying when I just want to make a basic comment.

Could we either get the quick reply window enabled without requiring a button press, or get some functional quick reply buttons?
