Enhancement Request: Subscription Opt-in/out Retention during Duplicate Merge
Filterqueen makes a great point asking why the Duplicate Merge feature defaults to keep the Master record Global Subscription Status regardless of whether the "duplicate" record has a more recent Global Subscription Preference (i.e. recently changed to soft-opt-in, confirmed-opt-in, or opt-out). Valuable data is being lost!
Please vote for this enhancement -- if you are automatically de-duping your DB or regularly de-duping, you may be losing subscriptions and/or losing customers who believe you've ignored their opt-out requests.
