ENHANCEMENT REQUEST: Better post management in User Groups

User Groups is lacking some major management tools. When I create new posts I have two issues:

a) I have no central location to see and track all the posts I have made through time. I can do this by searching for myself, but that makes no sense what so ever.
b) I have no way to know when someone replies to any of my posts. Wouldn’t it make sense to have an email sent to me letting me know someone responded?

Every form on this planet is lacking this critical tool. I’m sure I am not alone?
