Posting Issues briefly yesterday

Had a brief problem trying to post reply to forum posts yesterday.

It got stuck in a 'you must wait 30 seconds before posting' (despite it being my first and only post of the day) loop, and every so often came up with a database error.

All seems to be working again now. Did anyone else experience this?
