Tracking openers, clickers in emails

Hi,

We are using a marketing automation tool (Marketo) which is integrated to NetSuite for our marketing campaigns. However we would like to give our telemarketing and sales team the ability to send their own emails. As they only have access to the NetSuite CRM, we are looking at creating email campaigns in NetSuite. I'm wondering if there is a way to track who has opened our emails, who has clicked on the links (and in this case which link).
