Java Script Errors in online Help

edited Dec 4, 2019 9:09AM in General 5 comments

Just an FYI to the Technical Publications folks...  I've noticed that since the v2007 release, I often get Javascript errors in the online Help.  Here's an example:

1) Enter "help: your keyword or phrase here" in the Global Search box.
2) Then from the results page, I click on the topic I want to go to.  If I then click 'Show in Table of Contents', I get this javascript error:

A runtime error has occurred.  Do you wish to Debug?
Line: 227
Error: Object required

That's not the only way I've seen that error in Help, but it's the one I see the most often.

Howdy, Stranger!
