Unable to Reset Password for the User Group

One of the guys here at my office is unable to reset his password to get into the user group.  The reset password page just constantly reloads and redirects back to the same page.  Not sure what is going on, but if someone from the user group support to private message me, I'll send you his email address and hopefully we can get reset.
