Unable to get email notifications from usergroup netsuite
Hi,
We had some problems in our dns servers and it caused to flag my email in the bounced email list in NetSuite support.
I created a ticket with NetSuite support and they removed my email from this list.
However, I am still unable to receive any emails from the forum website (usergroup.netsuite.com)
I contacted the admin here and he asked me to do two things -
1. Make sure the email notifications are set to ON in netsuite usergroup profile. It's already enabled.
2. Make sure that the domain *.netsuite.com is whitelisted. We did that as well but still no luck.
