UPS Integration and New Rates eff 1/1/2007

Are any users aware that UPS announced a major change to their rate schedule 1/2007 and that the new rates are based mainly on Dimensional weight rather than mere weight?  We just became aware of this when we reviewed our latest UPS bill where there was a major jump.  I further leaned that this update is available in Netsuite only when the NS subscriber receives the latest 2007 version update.  Since ours is not scheduled until July (if then), we are still on the old rates and have been applying these NS rates since the first of the year. NS
