Link to CSV Imports PDF is Broker

The "View PDF" link on the "CSV Imports Overview" page is broken:
https://system.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/PDF/DataManagement.pdf

It returns "Page Not Found."

The link on the "User Guides" to "CSV Imports Guide" is also broken. Probably same file.

We need this guide ASAP. Please help.
