NetSuite Documentation Issues

I need your help. I'm trying to re-read ALL of the NetSuite docs now that you have them all updated for Ver 2007.0. But I am finding myself very confused.
I think I need a document called "Guide to NetSuite Documents".
I'm only partially kidding. Many systems that have quite a few documents often have just such a top level document so that the uninitiated can easily find the appropriate document.
To start with, I'm struggling with the purpose of, and difference of, the Online Help System vs. the PDF Guides. Perhaps you can help clarify this for me, and all of us.
