Why did they makes us upgrade when the documention hasn't been finished
I am the purchaser and Netsuite administrator for the company I work for plus many other tasks. We have silver support and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to have an agent put me on hold for 25 minutes to tell me that the functionality i needed to use wasn't built into the new version. Now at our web store we can only invoice the customer or take online payment, we cannot allow the user to choose between the two options. Also there are countless places where the documentation hasn't been upgraded..... I am on hold for the second
