Suggestion/Plea: Permissions Documentation

Hi,

One of my frustrations since beginning to use NetSuite 5 months ago has been figuring out what the various permissions actually do. Here is a perfect example:

I just spent 35 minutes on the phone with Support today to figure out which users in a certain role could not save their searches. They could create searches, just not save them. Well, it turns out that the FIND TRANSACTION permission under the Permissions/Transactions subtab was set to VIEW not FULL. I made the changes and the problem was solved.

Now the reason I'm writing this is because that phone call should never have been necessary. I would have found it in the documentation had it been there, but it's not. In fact there is no documentation describing what each of the permissions actually does. The name of the permission is simply not enough. Who would have thought that Find Transaction had anything to do with

Howdy, Stranger!
