Populate a custom field with a value from another field

Basically all I need to do is get the number or barcode from the "UPC Code" field and copy it to a custom field i created called "Barcode" for each inventory item.

I am sure there is a quick way of doing this for 2000+ items, i just haven't used formula or anything like it before.
