Avalara and NetSuite - process sales tax payment - how do you do it?

We just implemented Avalara AvaTax Calc and Avalara AvaCerts - however, we want to continue to pay/file our own returns.  We are trying to process payments in NetSuite for the first time and can't figure out how to do it.  All of the sales tax transactions now populate one liability account called Avalara AvaTax.  Does anyone know how to get the payments processed in NetSuite using the Transactions/Bank/Pay Sales Tax functionality?  Since nothing is populating at the individual state code levels, how do you cut a check to the right tax agency for the right amount and have it hit
