What's going on with help docs? Old version

The online help docs seem to be an old version. I can't find anything for APIs on the lineitemmatrix APIs, either standard APIs or within the nlobjRecord.

Depending on the account I'm on, sometimes I see the new style layout and other times I see the older style.

Why does this seem to keep changing and what happened to current released API info?
