We have confirmed that there are external provider issues in the San Francisco/Los Angeles area due to a damaged cable. This is currently causing intermittent problems for some of our users when accessing SuiteAnswers. Currently, these external providers are still experiencing issues but have technicians en-route to the site of the cut to restore complete connectivity. We apologize for any inconvenience.
