Email Sales Order to Sales Rep in the Sales Order Transaction

Dear All

We need to send the sales order to the sales representative in the Sales order transaction, i have written a saved search for getting the details in sales order but in the email tab when i select the sales rep in the recipeint from result the system sends an email to the sales rep defined in the customer master which is different from the sales order transaction, Can anyone guide me how i can acheive this or there is any other method or workflow to send the email to the sales rep in the sales order transaction
