Netsuite support is not reading the Help files?
About a week ago I've created a case with Netsuite support and there was no word from them until today. My case was re-assigned to a different person, and it looks like that person started all over or maybe nothing was ever done on that case and no research performed.
The trouble is that the rep sent me an email saying the feature is not yet supported as per documentation, and I'm reading in the Help documentation totally the opposite. This is pretty frustrating since I already pointed the previous rep to the help documentation. Netsuite representatives, please read the help file or share some hidden documentation which you are referring to with us. (This is not the first time this happens).
