NetSuite Permission Usage Document 2012.1

I see that in the March 20, 2012 Documentation Revision History notes, it says:

Updated NetSuitePermissionsUsage.xls spreadsheet for Version 2012 Release 1 changes, and updated all links in help to point to the updated spreadsheet.

However, it seems now that all links to NetSuitePermissionsUsage.xls no longer work. If you search for "NetSuitePermissionsUsage" in the Help Center, you get 4 or 5 pages with the link to the document, and in all cases it gives me a "Page Not Found" error.
