How to Adjust item price in cart

We have custom suitescript that gives custom pricing in a Sales Order Form.

There is a Suitelet that exposes the custom pricing data from a custom Record.

A Post Sourcing Event in an Sales Order Record triggers a Client Script to adjust fields as necessary.

I have built a module to update the ItemKeyMapping from the aforementioned SuiteLet and it works fine in the Item Details Page.

The Shopping Cart though is populated from a Shopping Object.

Can anyone help me access that data to adjust the pricing too?
