Remove Invoice as Choice in SCA Vinson Reference Checkout

We need to have Invoice as a option in the My Account section, so I can't change the settings under Set Up Web Site for Per Customer Basis.

Instead, I need a workaround to hide "Invoice" as a dropdown option during checkout.

NetSuite is set up to allow certain customers to order via invoice or not, but our model here is to only allow invoice in the My Account section (in reality it is for certain custom items, but those items are not available in the Web site for checkout - they are available on quotes that are converted to sales orders in the My Account section).
