Adding an item to Shopping Cart Summary in MontBlanc

Hi, May I know how can I add an item in shopping cart based on the checkbox status that I created. That is if I mark a checkbox, particular item has to be added to the cart automatically and uncheck should remove the same item from cart. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
