Ahhh no Loading wheel!!! help

I keep having people telling me that when they view the site they don't get a spinning wheel?
I can see it on both mac and pc using chrome.

without a spinny wheel the website just seems like it's not loading anything and we'll start loosing traffic as people will feel it's an unresponsive site if they cant see some sort of progress.

i've asked about browsers and version etc etc to get to the bottom of it but can't seem to resolve this. Any Ideas anyone?
