SCA Advanced and SCA Extension for Sitebuilder - Cart and Checkout touchpoints down

Our SCA sitebuilder extension shopping cart and checkout is down/taking over 2 mins to load. I have checked another SCA advanced site and their shopping cart is having the same issue. Any one else seeing this?
