SMT Merchandising Rule Template - Broken Template on Site

We are having a problem on our SCA Mont Blanc site with regards to displaying Merchandising Rule Items in the homepage. We have not deployed any changes and it seemed to have happened over-night. On our production site, the template that the items were using for our website, to display Merchandising Rule Items, suddenly changed and it looks like it's using the default NetSuite Template instead of our custom one. We checked the settings and everything looks right and identical to our sandbox one.

The item images look enlarged with only a 'See More' text at the bottom of each item image. We also have a sandbox website (identical to our production) and this site seems to be working correctly in getting the custom template we've assigned it to.
