Spotlight On....Job Management
Using the Job Management feature you can create a job title library, which standardizes your company Job Titles. For each Job Title, you can define an associated employment category and a description.

On the Job Record you can see a list of the employees that are assigned to the job.

Assigning a Job to an employee is easy, just navigate to their employee record and select their Job Title using the job drop down. Just save the employee record and the job title is saved.
