Tracking Termination Reason with Workforce Analytics
When terminating Employee, it is a prerequisite to enter specific termination/release date. Once the termination tracking feature is enabled, you can select the specific category, reason, termination regretted and enter the specific details. [LIST=1]
[*]As HR Generalist, navigate to Payroll and HR > List > Employees
[*]Click edit in Employee record

[*]In Access tab, remove the roles assigned to Employee
[*]In System Information tab, check the inactive box > Click Save
