Creating a Saved Search for Employees without Birth Dates
Do you know that you can create a saved search to report on Employees who do not have birth date information in your NetSuite account? This is useful to ensure that you have complete, up to date information on your Employee records.
To create this report, complete the following steps: [LIST=1]
[*]Navigate to Reports > New Search
[*]Select Employee as Search Type
[*]Check the Use Advanced Search box
[*]Click on Create Saved Search
[*]Enter a title for your saved search, for example “Employees Without Birthdays”
[*]Add the following filters to your saved search under Criteria tab:

[*]Birth Date is empty
