Tracking Voluntary and Involuntary Terminations

Did you know that you can classify terminations reasons as Voluntary or Involuntary? This allows you to understand why employees left your company and pull detailed termination reporting.

When you are terminating an employee, you select the Termination Category prior to selecting the Termination Reason. The Termination Reason list will be populated with only the reasons that match the Termination Category, making it easier to see only the relevant reasons.
