Tracking Base Wage and Salary Information With Compensation Tracking
Did you know that Compensation Tracking gives you the ability to track base wage and salary information? When you have the compensation tracking feature enabled, the compensation tracking tab is added to each employee record.
To set up the earnings information to an Employee record, you may refer to the steps below:
1. Using the CPO role, navigate to Payroll and HR > List > Employees
2. Click Edit next to the Employee’s name
3. Click on the Compensation Tracking tab
4. Under Compensation Currency drop-down field, select the currency
5. Under Base Wage Type drop-down field, select the type
6. Under Base Wage field, enter the rate that applies to the type of earning of the Employee
