Kudos is a feature that would allow employees to give social-based recognition to each other for accomplishments, achievements and milestones.
Did you know that you can filter Kudos in the Kudos portlet? In the Kudos portlet, you will see the My Company and My Department. [LIST=1]
[*]My Company – this filter would show you all the Kudos received and given within your company
[*]My Department – this filter would show you all the Kudos received and given to your department
[/LIST] Note: You may also select another department by clicking the drop-down menu beside My Department.
