Downloading 2.0 scripts from the file cabinet

Has anyone had issues with downloading the project folder from the file cabinet in Eclipse? Every time we try it gives us an error on require. (ReferenceError: "require" is not defined. (adhoc$-1$debugger.user#6)). We've tried pulling down projects from kepler to kepler, kepler to mars, and mars to mars. Does there need to be a section for 2.0 scripts in the file cabinet? Anyone know why we can't run the debugger after pulling down the code?

The only fix we found is to create a new project folder, a new suitescript file, and just copy/paste the code.
