Workflow Action Script

I've created a workflow action script to basically populate fields for customers. I apply this script to different workflows for each field. At this point I have 10 workflows with the script working on them. Now when I created my 11th workflow and tried to apply the script to it, it never even gets into the script. I've tested to see if the workflow is getting the right results, and it definitely is. I've created other actions to send me emails for the results, and it works fine. Though for this workflow action script, it never even gets into it.
