How can I access an Item Fulfillment record's values in an Invoice's beforeLoad function

When an Invoice is created from the Item Fulfillment record, I want to access the Item Fulfillment record in a script applied to the Invoice. Since the Invoice hasn't been created yet, how can I find the correct Item Fulfillment record?
