Sandbox ENV only: SearchTask throwing error

Hello community,

So i'm getting this error when I'm creating a SearchTask via task.create -> type: task.TaskType.SEARCH.

Error: Failed to submit job request: Cannot retrieve connection as both DB and SCOMPID were EMPTY/NULL

This is only happening on Sandbox ENV. It is working in our Production ENV. I'm not sure where.. I ran into this URL, but for me, I'm sending my csv to a filePath and I don't have a fileID:

Has anyone encountered this error before?
