SQL Query to Return Transaction Data with Totals
What is the best way to return the Transaction totals (like Amount) along with other details from the Transaction Body? There is no "Transaction_Total" field in the "Transactions" table.
I submitted thread on this subject in the Enterprise Reporting section but have received no replies:
Best Method to Return Transactions Totals with SQL
Since NetSuite does this internally very quickly with custom searches, I have to assume that NetSuite as developed some very efficient SQL code for this. Can you share at least the approach you used?
Thanks,
JMU
