Another internal idea
This really isn't a best practice but this looks to be the best place to post this idea. One of the perennial complains we users have deals with the the quality, accuracy, timeliness, etc of the help files. Much of the time we get our best directions from DJ and Mini here on the forums. For them I am VERY grateful.
NetSuite might want to consider moving their help files into some sort of TWiki environment where folks like DJ and Mini can update as they help us. This would ensure the information is timely and would reduce much of the duplicative posting here on the forum. I'm sure it would also reduce calls to netsuite.
