NetSuite CRM and Customer loyalty programs

Just wondering if NetSuite CRM has been implemented in any companies where there's a customer loyalty program. I'm trying to find out if there's any opportunity in pursuing this angle with companies looking to get tighter integration and better customer relationship management in this type of business environment.
