Customer Profile "Show Activity" Button

[SIZE="4"]I have a quick question, and I can't seem to find the answer.

When I hit the "Show Activity" Button, the date/time reflects the time an item was entered into the computer. Is there anyway to customize it? I'd like it to show the Incident time/date instead?[/SIZE]
