Monitoring click-thru from emails in NetSuite

I'm wondering if there is a way to determine if someone clicks on/visits a link sent in an email in NetSuite? I am aware that you can capture that info using marketing campaigns. Just think it would also be ideal if it could be done through individual emails to leads, etc.
